ACC Mentor Coaching Agreement

I’m so pleased to have you in the ACC Mentor Coaching Program! This is your opportunity to deepen your understanding and practice of coaching through an in-depth study of the ICF Core Coaching Competencies, the ICF Ethics & Standards, and live coaching feedback and support. This program satisfies the 10 mentor coaching hours required for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the ICF.

Payments

All fees agreed upon must be paid before coaching begins. If you choose a monthly payment plan, the first invoice must be paid before the first coaching session. The other two invoices will be sent at 30-day intervals.

I will send you an invoice by email, with a link to make your payment online. Payments will appear on your bank statement from Wake Up Enterprises.

Confidentiality Policy

Everything you share in every coaching session will be held in the strictest of confidence and not shared with anyone without your written permission, with the following two exceptions:

  1. If release of such information is required by law (i.e. illegal activity, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena), I will comply.
  2. If there is imminent or likely risk of danger to yourself or to others, I will notify you by email that I intend to inform appropriate authorities (if that feels appropriate to the situation), then I will make that contact.

Exclusion of Liability

Even though I will do all I can to help you prepare for your credential application, you will be 100% responsible for ensuring that you meet all of the ACC application requirements. Laurie Cameron and WAKE UP! Enterprises make no claims that participating in ACC Mentor Coaching will guarantee acceptance of your ACC application and/or award of your ACC credential by the ICF.
