Are you working toward an ACC credential with the ICF?

If so, you’re in the right place and I’d be honored to assist you on your journey!

You know you’re ready for ACC Mentor Coaching if…

You’ve completed 60+ hours of ICF accredited coach training (or you’re within a couple months of finishing your training) …AND…

You’ve logged at least 75 of the required 100 hours of coaching (mostly paid), as specified by the ICF guidelines …AND…

You want to work with a Mentor who’s been coaching since 1998 and has trained over 1200 professional coaches since 2002

Your ACC Mentor Coaching Cohort

You will join 3 to 5 other coaches in your own 3-month ACC Mentor Coaching Cohort. We’ll all meet together for five 90-minute video sessions (recorded) for in-depth discussions of the updated 8 ICF Core Coaching Competencies, as well as the ICF Code of Ethics. You’ll have lots of opportunities to build your coaching skills, style and confidence, too.

You’ll also have two 90-minute individual phone coaching sessions with me. You can use these sessions for review of a coaching session, deeper skill building, or other competencies or questions you have to take your coaching to the next level. These private and group sessions will satisfy the ICF requirement of 10 hours of mentor coaching over a minimum of 3 months.

Why should you join this Cohort?

Because I want more for you.

Even though you’re applying for your ACC credential with the ICF, your live coaching experience in this cohort will be primarily at the PCC level. We’ll review the ACC markers, but I’ll focus most of my feedback according to the PCC markers. (see notes below)

Your Investment

The total fee for the 3-month ACC Mentor Coaching Cohort as described above is $1500 (USD). A payment plan is available and a minimum deposit of $500 (USD) is required to reserve your seat in the cohort.

(Be sure to ask about our generous referral fees, too!)

Jumpstart your coaching power in the next Cohort!

NOTE: There are currently no cohorts scheduled.
Please contact Laurie to explore private Mentor Coaching.

Not quite ready?

If you’re not quite ready to take the leap yet, complete this ACC Mentor Coaching Interest List form to stay in the loop for future ACC Mentor Coaching Cohorts.

When you are ready, you’ll want to know as soon as the next cohort opens for registration because I only offer a few a year and they’ll likely fill up quickly when registration opens for each one.

Notes, Disclaimers and Commitments

If you’re applying for a new or renewed PCC or MCC credential, I cannot assist you because I do not qualify as a Mentor Coach for either of those levels. If this is the case, contact me for a referral to a highly skilled ICF MCC Mentor Coach who is qualified and can help you.

Laurie Cameron and WAKE UP! Enterprises make no claims that participating in ACC Mentor Coaching will guarantee acceptance of your ACC application and/or award of your ACC credential with the ICF. You will be 100% responsible for ensuring that you meet all of the ACC application requirements.  You can find them here: The Gold Standard in Coaching | ICF – ACC Paths (coachingfederation.org)

As a qualified Mentor Coach, I commit to adhering to the guidelines established by the International Coaching Federation. You can review these guidelines here: Mentor-Coaching-Duties-and-Competencies-1.pdf (coachingfederation.org)
